
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is a very common problem especially among IT professionals and others who use computer mouse a lot. This is a condition, where the tunnel becomes narrowed or when tissues (synovium) surrounding the flexor tendons swell, putting pressure on the median nerve. This results in numbness, pain and tingling sensation in the wrist and hand.
Carpal Tunnel syndrome in its initial stages can be relieved to a great extent through rehab exercises. In certain cases, surgery might be required. Always consult your orthopedic surgeon in such a case for an expert opinion. Here are a few exercises that will help relieve the pain
