
Most of us want to of lose body weight, tummy fat etc pretty fast.. While we appreciate & love your enthusiasm, we also want to set the expectation straight.
Firstly, it is not healthy to lose more than 4 kgs in a month unless you are massively obese. this is because anything more than 4 kgs and you are most probably losing muscles.
Secondly, weight loss is not a linear journey. i.e you will not see 1 kg loss every week. It is going to be a bumpy ride.. yet an interesting one!
