
How much Protein is too much Protein?
Have at least 1 gm per kg of your body weight. If you are looking to gain muscle mass and is performing resistance training (eg – gym-based workouts), then you can have 1.2 to 2 gms per kg of body weight.
However, Pls be aware that this can also depend on medical conditions if any. For example, if a person has uric acid then the type and quantity of protein needs to be planned
