
Push up exercise is an effective way to strengthen the chest & arm muscles. Besides, they can be done anywhere and you do not need a gym floor!
However, many of our beginner clients cannot perform pushups or can do only 2 -3 reps at the best – blame the weak muscles and/or extra body weight! Here is a stepwise increment variation for pushups. Start at Stage 1, and as you gain strength, gradually move to Stage 4
